Senior Project Manager (f/m)

Your responsibilities:

• Lead complex P&O projects from initiation through stabilization, managing scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations
• Coordinate SSC transitions and migrations, ensuring operational readiness, structured handovers, go-live preparation and post-implementation stabilization
• Support Global Process Owners in designing and implementing standardized P&O processes with clear governance, ownership, compliance and long-term efficiency
• Translate business and operational requirements into structured project plans, implementation approaches and practical solutions
• Coordinate communication, training, testing and adoption activities to support process and organizational transformations
• Monitor project performance through transparent reporting, KPI tracking, risk management and decision support for leadership
• Ensure project deliverables meet corporate standards across systems, data, legal, compliance, reporting and governance requirements

Our requirements:

• University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Project Management or a related field
• Several years of project management experience, preferably in HR/P&O, Shared Services, transformation or process migration projects
• Very good knowledge of project management methods, tools and governance practices
• Good understanding of HR/P&O processes, Shared Service Center operations and transition/migration principles
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to prepare clear reports, analyses and decision documents
• Very good command of English
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and align stakeholders in an international environment

An additional advantage will be:

• Certification or training in project management, change management, process management or agile working methods
• Experience in global or regional Shared Service Center environments
• Good command of German
