Senior Project Manager (HR)

TCS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (HR) to support enterprise transformation, technology delivery, and operational excellence within a global financial services environment.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (HR) to lead strategic HR transformation initiatives across business and technology domains. The role involves managing complex projects, driving stakeholder alignment, supporting HR system enhancements, and ensuring successful delivery of organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple HR and business transformation projects.
• Partner with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to drive project outcomes.
• Manage project planning, execution, governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and adoption of new ways of working.
• Support change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology-enabled solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• 12+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience delivering complex programs across business and technology functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday or similar and HR process transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project governance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive cross-functional team alignment.
• Professional English communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in HR System transformation programs.
• Change Management experience.
• Capital Markets or Financial Services domain exposure.

Location

Mexico City, Queretaro, Guadalajara or Monterrey.
