Senior Project Manager – Human Resources

We’re actively seeking qualified candidates for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects focused on HR process improvements and business transformation.

This role will initially focus on improving the employment offer process for European candidates, with potential to support additional HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, regional and global projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through implementation and sustainment.
• Drive HR process improvements, business transformation, system integrations, and technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives, manage expectations, and drive results.
• Establish project governance, facilitate team meetings, track action items, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
• Apply project management best practices and methodologies to improve consistency, efficiency, and project outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, practical problem-solving, and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of project management experience, including leading projects through the full lifecycle.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, including discovery and implementation.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, or Lean.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority, navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Experience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within Human Resources, Procurement, or IT.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
