Senior Project Manager, Implementation

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Implementation to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead complex implementation efforts from kickoff through delivery, with a strong focus on keeping initiatives on schedule, within scope, and aligned to budget expectations. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer-facing implementation work, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination and disciplined risk management to ensure successful outcomes for both the team and the client.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,000 – $118,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead complex implementation projects, maintaining schedules and ensuring delivery within scope and budget
• Act as the primary implementation lead, managing stakeholder communication and customer relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with teams including Product Development and Technical Consulting
• Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies for successful outcomes
• Facilitate customer-facing implementation meetings and ensure accountability for milestones

Qualifications

• 3-6 years leading implementation projects in SaaS, fintech, or banking technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Advanced project management expertise with customer-facing delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities
• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Confluence
