Senior Project Manager, Implementation (U.S.A. Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Implementation to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead complex implementation projects from planning through execution, with a focus on multi-discipline installations in clinical laboratory environments. The position requires strong coordination across internal teams, technical partners, laboratory leadership, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with operational and regulatory requirements. It is well suited for a project leader who can manage detail-heavy work, anticipate risks, and support successful site readiness and equipment deployment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $127,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation lifecycle of multi-discipline installations in clinical laboratories
• Develop and execute comprehensive instrumentation project plans
• Coordinate with laboratory directors, engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure project success
• Conduct assessments of laboratory infrastructure to recommend appropriate solutions
• Oversee procurement and installation of equipment to meet regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven project management track record with documented communication and risk management plans
• Advanced understanding of the diagnostics or healthcare industry, specifically laboratory regulatory environments
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as Smartsheet
• Experience interpreting floor plans and design drawings
