Job Title: Senior Project Manager – IT/OT Program Implementation Location: Oak Brook, Illinois (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are representing a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned professional who can drive complex initiatives from start to finish with clarity, control, and confidence. This position calls for someone who can keep multiple workstreams moving, align stakeholders, and help ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution for new customer program launches.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and OT teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Develop structured project plans, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable for project commitments.

Required:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• High-level understanding of IT and OT environments.
• Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments.

Preferred: Experience implementing utility customer programs.
