What you'll be doing?

• Secure Approvals: Assist in obtaining all necessary construction approvals and certificates.
• Design Collaboration: Contribute to finalizing designs and materials with consultants and contractors.
• Construction Oversight: Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with contracts and drawings.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to the Project Quality Plan and Quality Management System.
• Site Valuation: Conduct site valuations and issue instructions for non-compliance.
• Defect Minimization: Ensure construction works are completed with minimal defects.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in mixed commercial projects, including mall design and construction.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in mechanical and electrical works is essential.
• Integrity and Leadership: High integrity, honest, and capable of leading a project team and coordinating with others.
• Government Coordination: Ability to coordinate with government authorities for approvals and permits.
• Independence: Self-initiative and the ability to work independently.
