Senior Project Manager- Microsoft Business Solutions

The Senior Project Manager leads complex, multi-workstream implementations , manages elevated delivery and financial risk, and serves as a mentor and coach for Project Managers while maintaining hands-on delivery accountability through disciplined planning, inspection, and governance aligned to Boyer PMO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Microsoft Business Solutions implementations with parallel workstreams
• Own delivery risk, margin protection, and stakeholder alignment
• Drive advanced governance and inspection practices
• Serve as escalation point for Project Managers and delivery teams
• Lead sponsor-level communications and decision forums
• Coach and mentor Project Managers on PMO standards and delivery discipline
• Contribute to PMO maturity, tooling, and process improvements

Success Measures

• Stabilization of complex or at-risk projects
• Improved forecast accuracy and margin protection
• Measurable uplift in PM capability

Compensation & Benefits

This role includes a base pay range listed and is eligible for performance-based bonus or incentive compensation based on role and individual performance. Bonus opportunities are defined by work group or role and may be paid monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. All bonus and incentive compensation are performance-based and not guaranteed.

Requirements

• 7–10 years project management experience in enterprise or professional services delivery
• Proven experience leading high-risk or complex Microsoft implementations
• Demonstrated ability to stabilize challenged projects
• Strong executive communication and leadership presence
• PMP certification preferred
