Senior Project Manager - Process Reengineering

Project Manager, Process Reengineering | Contract | Dublin

We’re working with a leading Manufacturing business and they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead their New Customer Set Up project.

The goal is to simplify and standardise how new customers get set up, from first contact right through to their first order. You’ll be cutting out complexity, improving the customer experience, getting customers trading quicker and putting proper ownership and governance around the whole process.

What they’re looking for

• Solid experience as a Project or Programme Manager on process improvement or reengineering projects
• A good understanding of customer onboarding, order to cash or customer master data
• Strong governance and stakeholder management, with experience working across Sales, Finance, Operations and IT
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement background would be a big plus
