2. Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Drive complex, high-profile EV-charging infrastructure projects from inception and design through to execution with complete confidence and autonomy.
• Contractual & Commercial Excellence: Oversee contract administration, commercial strategy, risk mitigation, and claims management with diplomatic precision.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as key representative before government bodies, private sector clients, major developers, and multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Operations & Innovation: Optimize project workflows, mentor junior team members, and leverage modern digital/AI tools to maximize engineering productivity.

3. Candidate Qualifications & Competencies

Qualifications & Background

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Dual qualifications in Business Management, Law, or Accounting are a distinct advantage.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership or resident engineer role.
• Domain Expertise: Prior EV-charging infrastructure experience is highly valued, but not mandatory for strong M&E project leaders ready to adapt.
• Core Competencies
• Commercial Acumen: Thorough understanding of standard contract conditions, contract administration, and polished negotiation skills.
• Professional Communication: Outstanding written and spoken fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Tech-Forward Mindset: Proficient across standard software platforms; regular use of AI tools in daily operational workflows is an advantage.
• Leadership Attributes: Confident decision-maker, collaborative mindset, and proven track record of managing multiple projects efficiently.
