Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirement;
• To monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual, and technical matters for current projects;
• To ensure compliance of the relevant quality & safety standards; and
• To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with clients' representatives and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building/ Construction-related discipline or equivalent;
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably as Main Contractors;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Candidates with more experiences and higher qualifications will be considered as Senior Project Manager.
