Senior Project Manager (Properties)

Ignite is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a leading local government organisation to deliver a diverse portfolio of property and construction projects across commercial, community and operational assets.

What's on Offer?

• 12-month contract (365 days)
• $900-$1,100 per day
• Hybrid work arrangement (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
• Sydney CBD location.
• Opportunity to deliver projects that shape Sydney's built environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage capital works, refurbishment, and property projects
• Control project scope, budget, schedule, and risk
• Oversee consultants, contractors, and service providers
• Prepare project reports and stakeholder updates
• Manage contract administration, variations, and claims
• Ensure compliance with WHS, procurement and governance requirements

About You

• Degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or similar
• Proven experience delivering building, property or infrastructure projects in Australia!
• Strong contract, commercial and financial management skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Government or large asset portfolio experience highly regarded.
