Senior Project Manager, PS

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager, PS to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will lead complex customer implementations across the full project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear stakeholder alignment. The position will partner closely with cross-functional internal teams and customer sponsors to translate business objectives into actionable plans. Success in this role will depend on disciplined project governance, proactive risk management, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes and customer value.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of solutions from initiation to stabilization.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams using the company's ERP implementation methodology.
• Ensure contractual compliance and measurable value realization.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for customer sponsors.
• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
• Manage change with discipline and maintain transparent project governance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably Business Central or similar in the food industry.
• Knowledge of ERPs like Netsuite, Epicor, SAP, D365.
• Proficient in managing 5-10 projects lasting 6-18 months each.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing project teams.
• Strong communication skills for customer and internal interactions.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
