Senior Project Manager – Regional Data Program (Bank)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a large-scale regional data governance and control program within a leading bank. The program spans multiple markets across Asia, including Hong Kong, China, India, Singapore and Indonesia , with further regional expansion planned.

The role will act as a central PM across multiple application and technology teams , driving two key areas covering Data Control / Discovery and Data Privacy, Storage, Retention & Disposal , with ~20 systems involved in the retention workstream.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple regional application teams
• Drive Data Retention & Disposal initiatives across multiple systems
• Support Data Source of Record and upstream data tracing
• Work closely with data architects, data teams, control teams, SMEs and BAs
• Manage cross-market dependencies, risks, issues and delivery progress
• Influence different application teams and drive delivery to completion

Requirements

• 10+ years overall experience, including 5+ years of Project Management
• Strong data project experience
• Good understanding of data governance, data controls, retention or data architecture
• Strong experience coordinating multiple technology/application teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Financial services experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills
