Senior Project Manager - Traffic

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Traffic to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $134,100 – $241,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic engineering projects from initiation to completion
• Lead multidisciplinary teams for traffic studies and safety analyses
• Act as primary contact for client relationships and satisfaction
• Ensure project scope, budget, and timelines are met effectively
• Support business development and proposal efforts
• Oversee traffic operations and forecasting analyses
• Guide the development of transportation operations strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 15+ years of traffic engineering experience
• Experience with Southern California transportation agencies
• Proven project management skills in scope, schedule, and budget
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to mentor junior staff
