Job Summary

The opportunity: Senior Project Manager-National-PAS WKFA-CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory - New Delhi

Your key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery (initiation to closure) across large HR transformation engagements.
• Drive HR technology implementations (ATS, HRMS, ERP SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
• Establish delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting cadence.
• Manage multiple stakeholders (Client CXOs, HR leaders, internal teams).
• Ensure commercial management margins, scope control, change requests.
• Build and mentor delivery teams and project managers.
• Drive quality, risk management, and delivery excellence frameworks.
• Support business development & solutioning for new deals.
• Strong experience in HR technology transformation (ATS/HRMS implementations, digital HR).
• Expertise in: Programme & portfolio management; Agile / Hybrid delivery models; Process transformation (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle); Data, reporting and analytics enablement; Strong exposure to global delivery models and GCC environments.
• Ability to define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets.
• Experience in large, multi-country transformation programmes.

• PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Post Graduate Diploma in Management
