Results-driven PMP-certified Project Manager with extensive experience managing international and cross-functional projects across multiple regions. Skilled in leading global teams, coordinating stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, and delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Expertise in project planning, risk management, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for international and global projects, from initiation through closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
• Collaborate with international clients, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and project management tools, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change requests, and resource utilization.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, quality standards, and PMP best practices.
• Facilitate communication among business, technical, and operational teams to ensure alignment.
• Drive continuous process improvement and implement lessons learned across projects.
• Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract deliverables where applicable.
• Support Agile ceremonies or hybrid project delivery models when required.
• Mentor junior project managers, project coordinators, and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• 12-18+ years of project management experience, including managing international or global projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
