Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (LME); professional licensure is strongly preferred.
• 1 year of hands-on mechanical engineering experience within the construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF).
• Proven track record in site supervision, mechanical installation, and cross-functional construction coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and relevant engineering design tools, with a strong ability to interpret technical shop drawings and contract specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical engineering operations across all project phases, from planning through execution and handover.
• Direct and supervise the installation, testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
• Analyze and interpret mechanical drawings, submittals, and specifications to ensure strict alignment with project parameters and code compliance.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, general contractors, sub-consultants, and client representatives to maintain alignment and progress.
• Monitor site progress, troubleshoot technical issues, and enforce quality control standards and site safety regulations to keep deliverables on schedule
