Senior Project Officer

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and coordinate new & renovation projects, involving restaurants, food factory and office;
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with different parties and contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of projects;
• Handle all relevant documents and prepare up-to-date reports for the project progress;
• Assist to solve technical issues and give solutions on assigned projects;
• Ensures projects have the appropriate governance and management controls and practices;
• Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferred in chain-store project management;
• Knowledge in local license regulations & practice;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office applications and Chinese Word processing;
• Strong project management and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, work independently and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
