ABOUT THE ROLE

CTM is seeking customer-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our M.I.C.E. team. As a Senior Project Officer, you will work closely with superior to develop “Study Tour” and “Travel Projects”. You will also assist in identifying and approaching the target clients to ensure progress smoothly and effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing business with a focus on “Study Tour” including preparing development material, communicate with clients and logistical arrangements.
• Develop promotional materials and organize workshops to support business development.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, negotiate arrangements, and making travel bookings
• Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, guest assistance and other logistics.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Tertiary education or above, preferably in Marketing, Business development or related discipline.
• 4-5 year’s office work experience preferred, experience in Marketing, public relations, or travel industry is required.
• Candidates with established relationships with schools or educational institutions will be given priority consideration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Outgoing, comfortable interacting with customers, proactive, and positive attitude, with a willingness
• A good team player with a strong sense of responsibility and creatively; able to work well with superior and colleagues and perform under pressure.
• Flexibility and willing to work outside normal office hours and travel when required.
