(Senior) Project Officer

In this position, you will:

• Support maintenance delivery progress tracking and quality control, coordinating cross-domain and cross-team efforts to ensure all remedial and preventive maintenance activities are delivered on time and in compliance with contract Service Levels.
• Support overall project coordination, track fault handling progress, review project delivery pain points, assist with customer business experience and project closure.
• Responsible for standardization of project-related documents, process optimization, and assisting in project management, data statistics, and reporting work.
• Assist in maintenance resource planning and risk management, tracking staff allocation, identifying resource gaps, and supporting risk identification and mitigation planning for maintenance deliverables.
• Support disaster recovery drill coordination and security audit logistics, including scheduling, documentation preparation, attendance tracking, and post-drill/audit report compilation.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Possess at least one Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Telecommunications / Information Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 years' project experience.
• Good Command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive progress reports, track project milestones, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for effective documentation and presentation.
• Familiarity with maintenance or technical project coordination in telecommunications or IT environments is preferred.
• Willingness to provide on-call / non-standard-hours coordination support to the 7×24 maintenance operation as required.
• Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced 7×24 maintenance environment.
