Senior Project Owner

As a member of the Omelet Project Owner team, you will work at the intersection of technology, design, and business requirement. You will lead the implementation of complex tech solutions—ranging from LINE API integration to large-scale web platforms—ensuring they meet the high standards of our multinational clients while achieving key business goals.

You will work directly with the senior management of Omelet, as well as stakeholders from global brands. This is a high-visibility, client-facing role where you represent the company in strategic workstreams and project updates.

Brief Responsibilities

• End-to-End Oversight: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of full-cycle software development projects (mainly Web App and LINE OA Integration).

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between large-scale corporate clients and our internal technical/design teams.

• Technical Strategy: Partner with System/Business Analysts to evaluate technology architecture and identify potential hurdles in execution.

• Design & UX Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers to ensure user flows are intuitive and navigate smoothly.

• Delivery Excellence: Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure all documentation (API docs, system architecture) is in place for successful SIT and UAT.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively assess execution risks and resource needs, informing senior management before issues arise.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in system development and project management, specifically implementing software for large enterprises.

• Leadership: Proven ability to make decisive calls and manage a team of juniors. Ideally suited for professionals aged 30–40.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Thai is required; proficiency in Chinese is a significant plus.

• Tech Savvy: Background in coding or database management is an advantage. Proficient in Jira or ClickUp.

• Social media geek: Experience with LINE Official Account projects is highly preferred.
