SENIOR PROJECT SALES

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation and closing
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and partners
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
• Develop strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and customer retention
• Negotiate commercial terms and collaborate with technical and marketing teams on solutions
• Track market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' proven sales experience, ideally in B2B sales, New Business Development, or Audio Visual, Professional Sound, CCTV, Card Access, Building facility, Electronics, or ICT industries
• Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills, with ability to engage decision-makers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel when required

Preferred:

• Experience in project sales and solution selling
• Had existing network within Audio Visual, Professional Audio, CCTV, Card Access, System Integration, Education, Government, or Commercial sectors
• Experience working with dealers, distributors, consultants, or system integrators
