Senior Project Supervisor (C&S)

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily Civil & Structural (C&S) works at site to ensure work progress meets project schedule.
• Oversee structural works including rebar installation, formwork, concreting, structural elements and related site activities.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved construction drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate closely with subcontractors, consultants, main contractor and other trades (M&E / Architectural) to resolve site issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Monitor materials delivered to site to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
• Assist in material testing, inspections and documentation (e.g. concrete cube tests).
• Maintain proper site records, daily reports and progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce good housekeeping practices on site.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of working experience in construction site supervision (C&S works)
• Strong knowledge in structural works, concreting and site coordination.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and handle site challenges under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
