Senior Projectmanager

Role Description As a Senior Projectmanager at PROOF, you will lead complex change and transformation projects from conception through delivery. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating project activities, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that project milestones and outcomes are achieved. In close collaboration with clients and internal consultants, you will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and monitor project risks and dependencies. You will guide cross-functional teams, organize and lead workshops or steering meetings, and ensure clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amstelveen, where you will work closely with colleagues and clients to drive impactful, people-centered change.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including experience with Project Management methodologies, planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Expeditor and Expediting capabilities to monitor progress, follow up on deliverables, and remove obstacles to keep projects on track.
• Inspection and quality assurance experience to verify implementation outcomes, assess risks, and ensure standards are met.
• Logistics Management skills to oversee dependencies, resources, and operational flows within complex projects.
• Proven experience leading transformation or change projects in consultancy or corporate environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on-site in Amstelveen and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, organizational psychology, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or another European language is an advantage.
