Senior Property Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service, without being weighed down by leasing, trust accounting or routine inspections.

You'll take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150–170 residential properties, supported by an Assistant Property Manager, a VA and a dedicated Routines Officer. You'll also work alongside three other experienced Senior Property Managers in a collaborative team environment where everyone genuinely supports each other.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio with confidence and professionalism
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Oversee maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
• Work closely with your Assistant PM, VA, Leasing and Routines teams to ensure seamless portfolio management
• Ensure compliance with residential tenancy legislation and industry best practice
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive communication to clients
• Take ownership of your portfolio while having the support of a strong team around you
