Senior Property Manager

RealREPP is partnering with a growing commercial real estate owner/developer seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a large portfolio of Class A office properties throughout the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, tenant relations, vendors, building services, and property presentation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage property management and administrative staff.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, expenses, rent collections, financial reporting, and NOI performance.
• Partner with marketing on tenant events, activations, art installations, seasonal displays, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, security, engineering, janitorial, parking, and event logistics.
• Oversee leasing coordination, tenant improvements, construction, capital projects, and building maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with leases, safety requirements, building standards, and regulations.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain Class A operating and presentation standards.
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and recommend capital improvements.
• Collaborate with ownership, leasing, marketing, tenants, and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of commercial property management experience, preferably Class A office.
• Senior Property Manager or comparable portfolio management experience.
• Leadership and staff management experience.
• Strong knowledge of operations, tenant relations, leases, budgeting, financial reporting, vendors, and building systems.
• Experience with events, marketing activations, or tenant engagement preferred.
• Yardi experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and travel between Bay Area assets as needed.
