Our client is an investor, developer and operator of commercial assets throughout the Southeastern US.
About the Role
They are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take the lead on their PM platform. This position will require occasional travel to Atlanta and Charleston. This is an in-office position based in Midtown.
Responsibilities
- Lead the property management platform.
- Manage day-to-day operations of commercial assets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders and teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Oversee property budgets and financial performance.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze financial reports and budgets.
- 5+ years managing CRE.
- Ability to travel 1-2x/month.
