Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to join a busy and supportive team?

We're recruiting for our client on an exclusive basis for a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 100–120 residential AST properties across South East and South West London.

✅ Manage the full tenancy lifecycle from move-in to check-out

✅ Coordinate maintenance and contractor works

✅ Carry out property inspections and landlord reporting

✅ Ensure compliance with all property legislation and safety requirements

✅ Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

📍 Location: Bromley

💰 Salary: £35,000 – £45,000

⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:30pm (5:00pm finish on Fridays)

*full license and own car essential
