About the Role
This is a role where you lead the day-to-day operations with total independence, with the support of a VA.

• Build and maintaing lasting relationships with valued landlords and tenants.
• Proactively handling rent reviews, lease renewals, arrears control, and maintenance coordination.
• Managing leasing including home opens and tenant selection
• Deligating apporpriate tasks to the virtual assistance

• Experienced & Qualified: Proven track record managing a residential portfolio with a current WA Property Management
• Legislative Expert: A sound understanding of theWA residential tenancy legislation.
• Exceptional Communicator: Skilled at resolving challenges professionally while building genuine rapport.
• Autonomous & Driven: Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable making decisions without needing to be second-guessed.
