Senior Property Manager

Warrington PCI Management is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a commercial portfolio and deliver exceptional results for clients, tenants, and stakeholders. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio while leading operations, financial performance, tenant relationships, and capital projects.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Oversee operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Manage capital projects, building operations, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Lead and mentor Property Administrators and site teams.
• Drive portfolio performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Active BCFSA Rental Property Management Licence.
• Experience managing office, retail, and/or industrial assets.
• Strong financial, budgeting, and reporting skills.
• Exceptional relationship-building and leadership abilities.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is an asset.
