About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team, managing a quality portfolio of approximately 150 properties across Ascot and Mitchelton. This is more than a portfolio management role. It's an opportunity to take ownership of your clients, use your experience to make a real impact and be part of a team that genuinely values communication, accountability and continuous improvement. You'll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio while being backed by a strong internal support structure, modern systems and leaders who want to see you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Managing strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Overseeing maintenance, compliance and day-to-day property operations
• Providing proactive communication and exceptional customer service
• Resolving issues and identifying solutions before they become problems
• Using your industry knowledge to support and mentor those around you
• Contributing to a positive, high-performing team culture

About you

• QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
• Strong residential Property Management experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
• The confidence to take ownership of your portfolio
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
