Due to continued growth, we are partnering with a highly regarded Gold Coast real estate group seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager.
The business has a substantial presence across the region and offers the resources of a large organisation while maintaining a supportive local team environment.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day performance of an established portfolio
• Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Oversee tenancy matters from commencement through to vacate
• Resolve escalated matters professionally and proactively
• Maintain accurate records and legislative compliance
• Collaborate with the broader property management and sales teams

About You

• Previous experience managing a residential portfolio
• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident managing competing priorities
• Proactive, accountable and solutions focused
• Current Queensland real estate registration
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
