Senior Proposal Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead end-to-end proposal development efforts for complex opportunities, from initial RFP review through final submission. The position partners closely with subject matter experts, business development, operations, and other stakeholders to create persuasive, compliant proposals that support major contract wins.

The ideal candidate will bring strong proposal leadership, disciplined project management, and the ability to deliver high-quality submissions on demanding timelines. Experience with large government bids and structured proposal processes will be especially valuable in this fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $151,700 – $227,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development from RFP analysis through submission
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and contributors for proposal content
• Provide leadership and direction to the proposal team
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Write, edit, and review content for clarity and compliance with requirements
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of proposals
• Partner with business development and operations teams to clarify needs during proposal development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of direct proposal management experience
• 3 years of management experience
• Experience managing complex government bids of $100M+
• Proven ability to deliver winning proposals compliant with RFP requirements
• Strong track record in proposal development and producing compelling proposals
• Familiarity with Shipley or similar proposal processes
• APMP certification preferred
