Senior Proposals & Estimation Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Fire Fighting & Safety Products. with minimum 4–5 years of experience in estimation, proposals, tendering, or technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, tenders, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, technical offers, and tender submissions.
• Select suitable products, manufacturers, and suppliers based on project requirements.
• Obtain and negotiate competitive supplier prices, delivery terms, and commercial conditions.
• Prepare technical submittals, compliance statements, datasheets, certificates, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proposed products meet project specifications, authority requirements, and relevant standards.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, suppliers, and customers for technical and commercial requirements.
• Maintain updated supplier pricing, product, and quotation databases.
• Support tender negotiations, order finalization, and provide pricing/product alternatives.
• Ensure all proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

Requirments

• UAE/GCC experience in trading, distribution, or supply companies is required.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, tenders, specifications, supplier negotiations, and commercial proposals.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with good documentation skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
