As a Senior Proposals Manager, you will take full ownership of our end-to-end bid process, managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously while ensuring every proposal is delivered to the highest standard, on time, and fully compliant with client requirements.

What You’ll Do:

Core Bid & Team Leadership:

• Own the complete bid lifecycle, tracking, managing, and reporting on progress and outcomes from start to finish.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the wider proposals team to innovate processes and evolve our approach.
• Drive team momentum and outputs to consistently meet strict programme targets.
• Mentor, inspire and guide team members and wider project teams on best approach to fulfilling bid requirements in the most effective and efficient way.
• Manage resource allocation for both internal and external support, including graphic and visualisation tender enhancements.

Strategy & Execution:

• Develop winning strategies, including document analysis, research, and facilitating win/loss workshops.
• Organise and chair kick-off meetings with wider delivery, estimating, and management teams.
• Delegate deliverables for the bid document with consideration of team availability and ability.
• Lead the finalisation of proposals, ensuring quality of presentation, accuracy of technical input, and alignment to the brief.
• Coach and guide junior team members and project teams on the most effective and efficient ways to fulfil bid requirements.

Other Duties:

• Coordinate and produce detailed pre-qualification documents (PQQs), EOIs, and mid-bid interview documentation.
• Ensure bid documents undergo a full technical review and coordinate any Bond reviews prior to formal issue.

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)

Working location: Office based (East Croydon)
