We are seeking for a Senior Public Cloud Operations Expert to fill the position to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris, Île-de-France, France.

Overview

The Senior Public Cloud Operations & DevOps Expert is responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving secure containerized platforms on public cloud environments. The role focuses on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, operational excellence, and DevOps practices across large‑scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate public cloud infrastructures (AWS and Azure)
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and shared container platforms
• Ensure operational reliability, security, and performance of cloud platforms
• Implement DevOps and automation practices for infrastructure and services
• Produce documentation, contribute to change management, and support feature teams

Mandatory Skills

• Public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Cloud infrastructure design and operations
• DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices
• Security, encryption, and cloud networking fundamentals
• Monitoring, logging, and operational tooling
• Infrastructure automation and scripting
• Strong operational governance and documentation skills

Specific Requirements

• Proven experience operating large‑scale cloud and container platforms
• Ability to design secure, resilient, and standardized cloud services
• Strong collaboration with development and platform teams

• CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
• Cloud cost optimization (FinOps)
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures
• ITIL‑based incident and change management
