SENIOR PUCHASING EXECUTIVE

JobResponsibilities

1. Source,evaluate and process purchase requisitions along with negotiating best pricing,product/service quality, delivery schedules and contract terms.

2. Issue purchase ordersin line with final negotiations with selected suppliers.

3. Responsible for dataand documentation on purchasing activities.

4. Follow up onoutstanding backlog and expediting of urgent requirements.

5. Assist on complaints,claims and audits related to purchasing matters.

6. Compiling purchasingreports for management, analysis and decision making.

7. Coordinate with internal parties and suppliers to ensure support of business objectives.

8. Perform ad-hoc duty or project as assigned.

Qualifications / Experience

1. Minimum Professional Certificate, Diploma or degrees in related field (Purchasing/Procurement/Sourcing or equivalent).

2. At least 3+ years of relevant working experience.

3. Proficient in Ms Office Applications specifically Excel.

4. Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

5. Familiar with incoterm, warehouse and inventory management.
