Senior Purchase Executive

Roles & responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
• Develop and manage vendors/suppliers and negotiate prices.
• Handle Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with PPC, Production, Stores, Quality and Finance for material requirements.
• Handle Import & Export documentation and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and logistics partners.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, delivery and cost.
• Prepare purchase reports, MIS and maintain procurement records.
• Resolve supplier-related delivery, quality and commercial issues.
• Ensure procurement as per company requirements, budget and policies.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidate should have strong procurement and negotiation skills, good supplier network/development experience, and practical knowledge of Import & Export documentation and international logistics.
