Senior Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for construction projects, ensuring timely availability of quality materials at competitive prices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate prices, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Compare quotations, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites.
• Coordinate with Site, Store, Accounts, and Project teams for material requirements and approvals.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline; preferably Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
• 5–8 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, vendor management, negotiation, and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
