Senior Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead vendor management, commercial negotiations, pricing, payment terms, contracts, and supplier performance.

• Drive cost optimization, strategic sourcing, savings initiatives, budgets, and procurement KPIs.

• Manage inventory, procurement planning, demand forecasting, and material availability to avoid stock-outs/excess inventory.

• Oversee PR/PO processes, contract management, supplier compliance, and ERP-based procurement.

• Ensure quality, regulatory, documentation, supplier qualification, and audit compliance.

• Coordinate imports, logistics, customs clearance, freight, and shipment documentation.

• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams for sourcing and new product requirements.

• Provide spend analysis, risk assessment, procurement updates, and management reports.Role & responsibilities

• Mandatory: IVD industry experience.

• 815 years of procurement/purchase/strategic sourcing experience.

• Strong vendor management and commercial negotiation experience.

• Proven cost-saving and strategic sourcing achievements.

• Experience in inventory & procurement planning.

• Hands-on ERP, PR/PO and contract management experience.

• Exposure to quality/regulatory compliance and supplier audits.

• Experience with import/logistics coordination.Preferred candidate profile
