Senior Purchasing

🔍 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing activities for both China and local suppliers, including sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, supplier development, and issuing Purchase Orders (PO).

• Follow up on purchase order delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time to meet production and operational requirements

• Source, maintain, and evaluate suppliers to establish long-term and reliable business relationships.

• Verify purchasing documents such as quotations, PO, DO, and invoices, and maintain accurate purchasing records and reports.

• Liaise with warehouse, production, and relevant departments to coordinate purchasing, delivery, and any related issues.

🎓 Requirements:

• Diploma or above qualification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing

• Responsible, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Detail-oriented, willing to learn, and adaptable to changes

• Familiar with SQL system, Microsoft Excel, and basic computer skills

• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay; Chinese-speaking candidates preferred
