About the role

This is a procurement role focused on planning and executing procurement activities aligned with company needs, sourcing and selecting suppliers/vendors, and managing procurement processes for materials, equipment, spare parts, and services related to Engineering & Maintenance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities in line with company requirements
• Source and select suppliers/vendors, including evaluating and monitoring vendor performance
• Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate pricing and purchase terms
• Prepare and track PR/PO documentation according to company procedures
• Procure materials, equipment, spare parts, and services related to Engineering & Maintenance work
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse, Accounting, and related departments
• Monitor delivery status and resolve issues with suppliers
• Control procurement costs and timelines in line with project plans
• Prepare procurement data and reports for management

About you

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement and contracting experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Engineering and Maintenance
• Knowledge of generators and related equipment (preferred)
• Skills in sourcing, price comparison, negotiation, and vendor selection
• Ability to prepare and verify procurement documents such as PR, PO, RFQ, and quotations
• Coordination skills with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments
• Ability to analyze costs, prices, and commercial terms to support procurement
• Responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving capability
• Experience in procuring generator, mechanical, electrical, or maintenance materials/spare parts (preferred)
