SENIOR PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Purchasing Executive to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and cost-effective procurement. Responsible for sourcing quality materials, negotiating pricing, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely delivery. Preferred Mandarin language to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily purchasing operations and procurement processes.
• Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/operations team.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure all purchases comply with company policies.
• Prepare purchasing reports and documentation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years purchasing experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / ERP system.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Preferred Mandarin language to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
