SENIOR PURCHASING EXECUTIVE

• Responsible for purchasing functions including sourcing, selection, preparing purchase order and evaluation of suppliers’ performance.
• Work with supplier on cost reduction initiatives and payment term.
• Monitor closely to ensure on-time delivery from suppliers and sub-contractors, and consistent quality to meet production requirements.
• Participate in supplier and sub-contractor audit.
• Liaison and coordination with all related department to ensure smooth production.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Candidate must have at least higher Secondary / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Resourceful, strong negotiation skills, energetic and high level of work commitment and integrity.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office & MS Excel and any accounting software.
