About the role

This role involves managing supplier relationships, procurement operations, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of quality goods while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Control supplier IDM and Expense for order and delivery on time together with the best quality
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing and delivery schedule with suppliers
• Ensure that company purchasing are in place and transactions are in compliance with corporate policies
• Create purchase orders, track shipments, and coordinate with warehouse teams for timely delivery
• Evaluate supplier performance based on cost, lead time, quality and delivery reliability
• Source, manage and control suppliers to meet requirements
• Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes if necessary
• Analyze and manage delivery-related costs to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, or related fields
• At least 6-8 years of experience in Purchasing and Logistics
• Strong communication, coordination, and proactive working skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to assess market trends, review data, and manage purchasing jobs
• Leading discussions, public speaking, meetings and presentations
• Able to speak and write English
