Senior Purchasing Officer

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing procurement operations and coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors to support business operations efficiently, accurately, and within timeline, including reporting and operational tracking to support decision-making.

Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement of office and service-related categories (IT, admin, facilities)
• Negotiate pricing and establish group-wide contracts.
• Conduct spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Consolidate demand across business units to leverage volume.
• Prepare reports (cost savings, vendor performance)
• Proficiency in sourcing new vendors and relationship management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Vendor Management with proven experience in end-to-end procurement operations.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and reporting capability.
• Professional communication skills.
