Senior Purchasing Staff

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement
• Good command in English (Written & Speaking)
• Experience in supplier sourcing for indirect goods/service and contract negotiation
• Strong analytical and cost management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities for indirect goods and service, including but not limited to Facility management, office supplies and equipment, Logistics and transportation services, IT hardware, software, and services, Utilities and general services, and Machinery.
• Sourcing qualified supplier, evaluate, and develop.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, quality, delivery, and service levels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, HR, and General Affairs
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, including maintaining documentation of all procurement activities.
• Drive cost reduction, supplier consolidation, and process improvement projects.
