About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python AI Developer with 4–6 years of experience in designing and building AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies, with hands-on experience developing production-ready intelligent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
• Build and integrate AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions into enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Develop and optimize applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
• Implement AI-driven automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate AI services with existing platforms and products.
• Work with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, or similar tools to enhance development productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-first solutions and technical architectures.
• Participate in project estimation, solution design, and technical planning.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI applications deployed in production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Python development.

• Strong experience in:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Machine Learning (ML)

• Natural Language Processing (NLP)

• Generative AI (GenAI)

• Agentic AI

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Codex, or equivalent AI-assisted development tools.

• Experience developing APIs and integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or FAISS.
• Experience in Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization.
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience with AI Agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain Agents, or similar.
• Experience deploying and monitoring AI applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Educational Qualification

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Candidates from IITs, NITs, IIITs, or reputed Government Engineering Colleges are highly preferred.
