6+ years of experience in Python with C/C++ in production environments.

Strong Software Development skills, including Python and experience integrating with C/C++ in production environments.

Ability to write clean, structured, reusable code.

Hands on experience with Framework ownership, not just scripting.

Hands on experience with SSH/paramiko, pytest/Robot Framework, log parsing, report generation.

Solid Back-End Web Development skills, including APIs, microservices, and performance optimization.

Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and general Programming principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.

Experience working with Databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.

6+ years of hands-on development experience in Python, preferably in complex, high-performance systems.

Experience with Linux environments, build systems, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.

Effective communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills in cross-functional engineering teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience in product-based or high-transaction systems and familiarity with modern software engineering practices is an advantage.

Role Description: This full-time, on-site Senior Python Developer role is based in Bengaluru and requires immediate joiners with 6+ years of experience. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services using Python, with strong integration and interoperability with C/C++ components. The developer will work on performance optimization, debugging, and refactoring existing codebases, ensuring robust, secure, and maintainable software. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices in coding and documentation, integrating with databases and APIs, and participating in code reviews. The role also includes mentoring junior developers, contributing to architecture decisions, and supporting full software development lifecycle activities from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
